Malaysia's Road Transport Department suspends MyEG and Zetrix AI collection services from October 5

On October 2, 2026, Malaysia's Road Transport Department (JPJ) announced it will suspend services provided by MyEG Sdn Bhd and Zetrix AI Bhd, both under the MYEG Group, as its collection agents from 12:01am on October 5, 2026. The decision follows a review of compliance with agreement terms and unresolved obligations. JPJ Director-General Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli assured that JPJ services will continue through official channels. Existing KPP01 test bookings remain valid, but new bookings must be made at driving institutes. The suspension comes amid reports that Zetrix AI owes the government over RM200 million.
