Philadelphia police name Zymire Hughes as Chucky-masked terror suspect

Philadelphia police identified 22-year-old Zymire Hughes as the suspect who terrorized people near City Hall on August 12 while wearing a Chucky-style mask. An arrest warrant is active, and Hughes may have fled Pennsylvania, with ties to California and Nevada. He allegedly chased a jogger, asked if she was "ready to die," and filmed encounters. Charges include terroristic threats and assault. The U.S. Marshals Service is assisting in the search.
