Russian missile and drone attacks injure at least 19 people in Ukraine

Russian missile and drone attacks on Kyiv and the surrounding region, as well as Odesa, injured at least 19 people, including children, overnight and into Thursday morning. Ukrainian air defenses destroyed or suppressed 131 Russian aerial targets. In response, Ukrainian forces struck an oil refinery in Yaroslavl and a military airfield in Rostov, Russia. The attacks come amid stalled peace efforts, with Ukraine open to a truce on energy infrastructure and the Black Sea. Ukraine also received the bodies of 252 soldiers in an exchange with Russia.
