UAE's Mair Group to buy 70% of Turkish coffee chain Espressolab

Turkish coffee chain Espressolab has agreed to sell 70% of its parent company Eslab to Mair Group, a UAE-based investment firm. The deal, announced in late September 2026, will see the founders retain a 30% stake. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. Espressolab operates over 400 cafes in 21 countries, with most in Turkey. CEO Esat Kocadağ said the partnership will support international growth.
