Her statement came during the 70th IAEA General Conference in Vienna, Austria, where the agency urged Pyongyang to abandon its nuclear weapons program. The IAEA also released a report detailing North Korea's increased uranium enrichment capacity and expansion of nuclear facilities. Kim Yo-jong dismissed the calls as ineffective, emphasizing that North Korea's nuclear position is permanent and cannot be reversed.
