Sheinbaum to visit Toluca for second government report

Claudia Sheinbaum, President of Mexico, will visit Toluca on September 18, 2026, to deliver a message for her Second Government Report. This will be her 64th visit to the State of Mexico. She will be received by Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez. The visit comes ahead of Gómez's Third Government Report, scheduled for September 30 at the Teatro Morelos. The two governments are collaborating on infrastructure projects, including the Lerma-Santiago river restoration and the Toluca-Zitácuaro highway expansion.
