Riot Games halts development on League of Legends fighting game 2XKO

Riot Games has announced the end of active development on its fighting game 2XKO, launched in October 2025. The decision, made less than a year after its full release, is due to insufficient player retention and revenue. Refunds for in-game purchases made before August 20, 2026, will be issued, and servers will remain online, but ranked matchmaking will be disabled.
