Russia says it has no knowledge of US plans to sign agreements with Moscow before Ukraine war ends

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Friday that Moscow has no information about any U.S. intention to sign agreements with Russia before the end of the war in Ukraine. He was responding to a New York Times report that the White House is considering business agreements with Russia before the conflict ends. Ryabkov said Russia continues to hear the opposite position, that Ukraine must be resolved first. He added that all other matters, including economic sanctions, would follow later.
