U.S. sees Venezuela as key to moving global oil center from Middle East

Venezuela, though not a G20 member, sent a delegation led by Minister Paula Henao to Houston at the invitation of the Trump administration. The visit follows a recent oil agreement between the two countries, and Henao's trip is part of Venezuela's efforts to attract foreign investment. The meetings run until Wednesday.
