Morocco to host 2030 World Cup final in Casablanca
In Morocco, Fozi Lekjaa, the President of the Royal Moroccan Federation of Football, announced that the final of the 2030 FIFA World Cup will be held at the Great Stadium Hassan II in Casablanca, which is under construction. This decision was made during a PAM meeting in Buznika. The World Cup will be co-hosted by Spain, Portugal, and Morocco, with Uruguay, Argentina, and Paraguay hosting the opening matches. Lekjaa expressed hope for a final match between Morocco and France.
