FBI seizes Eric Swalwell's devices in sexual misconduct probe
Federal agents seized electronic devices from former Democratic Representative Eric Swalwell at San Francisco International Airport on Saturday, and the next day raided his home in Washington, D.C., as part of an ongoing federal investigation connected to sexual assault allegations. Swalwell, who resigned from Congress in April after reporting detailed allegations of sexual misconduct, was cooperative during the airport encounter. The devices seized included at least one cell phone. Three women who have spoken publicly about the allegations told CNN they spoke with the FBI. Swalwell has maintained his innocence.
