South Korea's Nuri rocket successfully places 15 satellites into orbit

South Korea successfully launched 15 satellites into orbit using its domestically developed Nuri rocket on Thursday. The launch, which took place from the Naro Space Center, was the fifth flight of the Nuri rocket and the fourth successful one since it began operations in 2021. The payload included NEONSAT Earth-observation satellites and ten CubeSat microsatellites. The Nuri rocket is not reusable and is expected to disintegrate upon re-entry into Earth's atmosphere.
