FBI warned parents of San Diego mosque shooter about son's online threats

In the United States, days before a mass shooting at a San Diego mosque, the FBI warned Caleb Vazquez's parents about his concerning online comments. Despite this warning, the mental health facility where he was receiving treatment allegedly failed to intervene.
