Singapore property firm City Developments to announce strategic review results on September 28

Singapore property giant City Developments Ltd (CDL) will release the outcome of its strategic review before the market opens on September 28, 2026. The review, conducted by Teneo, examines the group's global portfolio and capital allocation priorities. It was announced in February 2026 and initially expected in June. The review follows a public clash between CEO Sherman Kwek and his father, executive chairman Kwek Leng Beng, which was resolved in August 2025. CDL reported a trebling of first-half net profit to S$301.6 million. The company also plans to launch its Lucerne Grand condominium in October.
