Tokayev defines Vice President's powers in Kazakhstan

In Kazakhstan, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree that outlines the powers of the Vice President. The Vice President is now responsible for developing strategic initiatives in domestic and foreign policy, representing the President in various interactions, and overseeing several commissions. Erlan Karin has been appointed as the Vice President following his election by the Qurultay deputies.
