In Koul, Senegal, 42 members of community agricultural cooperatives from the Mérima Dakhar district received certificates after a five-day training on leadership, management, and financial education. The training, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture through the PAPSEN program, supports the Senegal 2050 agenda for food self-sufficiency. Officials, including the mayor and deputy sub-prefect, encouraged participants to apply their skills and called for continued support to complete cooperative farms.
