Lionel Richie, 77, undergoes heart procedure for atrial fibrillation and cancels tour dates

Lionel Richie, the 77-year-old singer, has been hospitalized for the third time since June due to heart problems. He underwent a common procedure for Atrial fibrillation (AFib) on Tuesday, which was successful. Richie is recovering and will take time off from performing. As a result, his upcoming concerts with Earth, Wind & Fire in San Francisco, Chicago, and Columbus have been canceled. His Las Vegas residency may also be affected. Richie's representative said he is doing great and will be back on stage soon.
