Sim Lian Group sells 23 of 70 launched units at Amberwood at Holland condo in Singapore

In Singapore, Sim Lian Group's Amberwood at Holland condominium sold 23 units, or 32.9 per cent, of the 70 units launched in its first phase over the launch weekend, at an average price of S$3,019 per square foot. The sold units included three-, four-, and five-bedroom layouts. The project is the first of eight developments in the new Holland Plain precinct. Analysts noted the take-up was underwhelming compared to recent launches, citing its distance from an MRT station and upcoming competing projects. The remaining 142 units will be launched in phases.
