ExxonMobil Guyana to repair offshore pipeline near Crane from October 14 to December 1, 2026

ExxonMobil Guyana announced plans to conduct maintenance on an offshore pipeline near Crane, West Coast Demerara, Guyana. The work will address an issue found during inspections earlier in 2026 and is scheduled from October 14 to December 1, 2026. The pipeline is not yet operational and is pressurized with nitrogen, so it poses no risk. The maintenance is part of preparations for the Gas-to-Energy project and will be done according to international standards. ExxonMobil is coordinating with stakeholders, and MARAD will issue a marine notice for mariners.
