Lawrence Dallaglio, former England rugby captain, is selling his 2003 Rugby World Cup winner's medal and other career memorabilia at auction. The sale comes after he was declared bankrupt in 2024, following financial problems linked to his divorce. The collection, including medals, caps, and awards, is estimated to raise up to £180,000. Dallaglio, who retired in 2008, spoke publicly about his bankruptcy on a podcast, admitting he could have handled his finances better. The auction is being conducted by Budds.
