British actor Danny Dyer insults Prime Minister Andy Burnham and says he did not vote for him at a UK water protest

When asked by a BBC reporter if he had a message for the PM, Dyer said he did not know who the PM is and that he did not vote for him, adding that successive prime ministers have been offensive names.
