Tuas Limited, the Australian-listed parent of Singapore telecom Simba, reported a 277% surge in full-year net profit to S$26 million for the year ended July 31, 2026, driven by subscriber growth and higher-value plans. Revenue rose 24% to S$187.6 million. The company also disclosed that it used spectrum beyond limits set by Singapore's regulator, contributing to the collapse of its proposed M1 acquisition. Simba's active mobile services grew to nearly 1.5 million, and the company expects additional spending on cybersecurity requirements.
