On Tuesday, September 29, 2026, Australian IT firm Megaport announced it had signed three new AI infrastructure contracts with a combined value of A$978.6 million (US$686.78 million). The contracts, with undisclosed customers, cover GPU and CPU compute, networking, and storage for AI applications. They are expected to generate about A$232.4 million in annual recurring revenue. Following these deals, Megaport raised its full-year revenue forecast to A$720-810 million and its EBITDA margin forecast to 42-44%. The company's shares rose as much as 20.5% in response.
