China delays Chang'e-7 lunar mission launch to 2027

China has postponed its Chang'e-7 lunar mission, originally set to launch soon from Hainan Island. The mission aimed to explore the lunar south pole and search for water ice. The China National Space Administration stated that the mission did not meet launch conditions and could not proceed this year.
