Fast Retailing posts record annual profit as Uniqlo overseas sales grow
On October 8, 2026, Japan's Fast Retailing, owner of Uniqlo, reported a 32% increase in full-year operating profit to 743.13 billion yen, marking its fifth consecutive record. Revenue rose 17% to 3.96 trillion yen, driven by strong overseas growth, especially in North America and Europe, which surpassed mainland China for the first time.
