International Labour Organization report finds administrative jobs most exposed to generative AI in Europe

A May 2025 report by the International Labour Organization and the Polish research institute NASK found that administrative and clerical occupations are the most exposed to generative AI. The report also revealed that women-dominated jobs are nearly twice as likely to be affected as male-dominated ones. In Greece, the company Archeiothiki uses an AI tool called AI Flows to process insurance claims, reducing processing time from 16 hours to minutes. Across the EU, 30% of workers already use AI tools, according to a European Commission study. While AI may not eliminate jobs, it is reshaping office work and posing challenges for young workers entering the labor market.
