Radiohead's Thom Yorke tells Harry Styles he was tired of OK Computer when it came out

In a recent interview with Harry Styles for Rolling Stone, Radiohead's Thom Yorke said he was already tired of the band's 1997 album OK Computer when it came out. He explained that they had played the songs too much and begged not to go on the two-year world tour that followed. The tour, which started on the album's release day, was difficult for the band, and after it ended, Yorke experienced writer's block. This led to the creation of their 2000 album Kid A, which marked a shift to electronic music.
