Crystal Jade, a Singaporean restaurant group, closed four more outlets in Singapore on October 6, 2026, as part of a restructuring ahead of a proposed sale. The closures affected three Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao restaurants and one Crystal Jade GO outlet. About 120 workers were issued termination notices, leaving nine outlets and 210 employees. The receivers, Kroll, appointed on September 29, are marketing the business for sale. The central kitchen also ceased operations. The union FDAWU and NTUC's e2i are helping affected workers find new jobs, with over 400 opportunities curated.
