The data, from Rosstat and analyzed by RIA Novosti, shows that 32 regions exceeded 100% self-sufficiency, with Bryansk and Astrakhan regions above 200%. The last time Russia exceeded 100% was in 2023 at 101%, and before that in 2015 at 102.1%. The highest level in 25 years was in 2011 at 110.6%.
