UK Chancellor John Healey announces £100 million apprenticeship scheme to cut youth unemployment

The scheme will be available to all English mayors and aims to address the one million young people not in education, employment, or training. Healey also stressed fiscal discipline ahead of the Budget and announced a £300 million investment by Rolls-Royce in British factories.
